This Creative Yoga and Mindfulness class is a relaxed, fun space for kids (4-6 year olds) and their parents/carers to connect and move together. We'll learn more about our physical bodies, and be encouraged to be curious, and express ourselves dynamically. Our body differences will be embraced with positivity and light-heartedness. From a place of increased body awareness, we'll play with yoga poses and sequences, finishing with mindfulness practices and relaxation. Over the weeks, we'll add to our toolkit of body-mind practices to draw from at home.
A small group to enable individual attention. Pre-booking is required.
